Often returns and exchanges policies can be daunting, full of hoops and fine print. Our policy is simply this:

If you wish to make a return or exchange within 90 days of purchase, please contact customer service. Every case is unique, and we treat them as such, but we promise your situation will always be handled in a prompt, friendly, and fair manner.

Do you provide free return shipping for returns and exchanges?

In a case where we made an error in the order or the product is damaged, we will cover return shipping costs by providing you a prepaid return label. 

Otherwise, we will ask that you return the product to us via your preferred shipping method. In the case of a return, we will issue a refund or store credit as soon as the product is received. In the case of an exchange, we will cover standard shipping to get the replacement product out to you.

Can I return my unopened, unworn product for a refund or exchange? 

Yes. You may request a refund or exchange within 90 days of purchase on unopened, unworn merchandise.

Can I return my worn product for a refund or exchange?

No. Given the nature of socks and underwear, we are unable to accept returns on worn product. Should you experience irregular wear, we will ask for a picture to review the issue to determine the best replacement solution.

Can I return Kentwool socks purchased from another store/retailer to you?

No. Only items purchased from or through Kentwool customer service by phone can be returned to us. Please refer to the retailer where the purchase was made to initiate your return or exchange.

I have an issue I'd like to discuss, but I've had my product for longer than 90 days.
